WELCOME TO CENTRL STATION |
Welcome to the May Edition of C/O Digest!
This month, we're bringing you upcoming events at our Portland and Lake Oswego locations, a member spotlight featuring Tushar Kumar, founder of Twin Peaks Wealth Advisors, a call for photographers, and a thought-provoking read on AI and the future of work that we think is worth your time.
In honor of AANHPI Heritage Month, we're also excited to celebrate the contributions of the Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander communities. This is a time to reflect on their rich cultural heritage, accomplishments, and the many ways they continue to enrich our shared experiences, both here at CENTRL and beyond.

We're on the hunt for a talented photographer to help capture the energy and everyday moments that make CENTRL special. Think candid shots of our people and spaces: the kind imagery that shows what it actually feels like to work here.
This is a semi-ongoing opportunity, so we're open to connecting with multiple photographers. Compensation can be arranged as paid or trade. If you're interested or know someone who might be a great fit, send a note to marketing@centrloffice.com.
We'd love to hear from you! |

Last Month, CENTRL Seattle Capitol Hill hosted an Earth Day trash walk through the neighborhood, bringing together members and community locals for a half-hour cleanup that filled three large bags. Afterward, participants fueled up on snacks and took home packets of native wildflower seeds.

MEMBER SPOTLIGHT |
Tushar Kumar is a Private Wealth Advisor and the founder of Twin Peaks Wealth Advisors, based out of CENTRL's South Bay location in El Segundo. Tushar and his firm specialize in helping tech professionals and business owners achieve and maintain financial independence through customized, goals-driven financial planning.
Tushar's path into financial advising is deeply personal. At 14, his family faced an unexpected crisis when his father was diagnosed with stage four cancer. Navigating the financial uncertainty that followed, his mother worked with a financial planner who brought structure, clarity, and confidence to an otherwise overwhelming situation. That experience never left him.
Today, Twin Peaks Wealth Advisors is built on the belief that relationships are the strongest form of currency, and that the same guidance that helped his family can help the clients he serves.

WORKING BETTER |

In this sharp essay from The Digitalist Papers, economists David Autor and Neil Thompson argue that the real question isn't whether AI will automate your job, but which parts of it, and that the answer makes all the difference.
While this piece is a long one, we think it's worthwhile to bookmark, especially for anyone contemplating where their work is headed.
